All bookings made through diversdelight.com are subject to the Legislation of Turkish Travel Agencies (Law no: 1618) and The Consumer Protection Law (Law no: 4077) which has recently received major amendments to harmonize with European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.
Payments can be done by credit cards (Visa, Master and Debit Cards) with no credit card charge. All prices include VAT. The ” Billing Firm “ on your bank statement will appear as ” 4S TURIZM MARMARIS “
Notification of Room Numbers
Unless specified otherwise the meeting point is at the main entrance or at the main security gate outside the hotel. It is important that you are waiting outside of the hotel as most of the hotel’s security staff is very strict and do not let the pick up vehicles pass the security gate. Where there is no security gate, please wait outside at the main entrance to your hotel.
Alterations to an activity
We do our best to organize our Activities as they are described in our web-site, however diversdelight.com does not accept responsibility for every detail of the same and reserves the right to cancel or alter all or any part of any Activity without prior notice.
Cancellations made by us :
If any Activity is cancelled for any reason by diversdelight.com you will be refunded the price you paid for the activity in question and no more.
Cancellations made by you :
– Cancellations made 30 days prior to the departure of the excursion will be fully refunded.
– Cancellations made 29 days to 7 days prior to the departure of the excursion will be half refunded.
– Unfortunately no refund for cancellations within 6 days prior to the departure of the excursion.
Alterations to your booking done by you :
You can easily change your booked date, provided that we are informed about the changes minimum 2 days beforehand. There will be no fee for changing your reservation.

Any claim or dispute that can not be resolved amicably shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the governing country in which the Activity took place. By booking an Activity you agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
