This course is not diver orientated and is suitable for everyone!

Everyone at some point in their life has felt the need of first aid knowledge but has been helpless in incidents from minor injuries to life saving situations. Be the one who knows what to do in an emergency by learning the fundamentals of maintaining life support until trained medical care arrives. Most accidents happen in the home or workplace so it's a good idea to learn the basic emergency techniques used by paramedics and doctors enabling you to apply the necessary first aid until the patient is passed onto the paramedics or physicians.

Lessons are based around a series of videos and a resuscitation doll.  

This course is a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver course and all PADI leadership courses.
